Building a new house on your lot
Ground-up homes designed and built by one team, with the option of planning a second unit into the site from the start.
Designing the lot, not just the house
When the whole parcel is a blank page, the main house and a future ADU can be placed together: shared utility trenches, a driveway that serves both, and windows that do not face each other.
One team from drawings to occupancy
We design, engineer through our consultants, permit and build. Cost decisions are made while the house is still on paper, so the plans you approve are plans you can afford to build.
Codes a new house has to meet
California's energy and green building codes apply in full to new homes, and parcels inside a mapped fire severity zone add wildfire construction rules. We design to those from the first sketch.
New Construction: questions
Yes, where the zoning allows it. Building both at once can save on site work and utility runs.
Yes. We review them for cost and buildability and tell you what we would change before pricing them.
Yes. Demolition, utility disconnects and the related permits are part of the project when needed.
Plan a new house
Send the lot address and a sketch of the idea, even a rough one. We reply with what the parcel allows.
